Shared Kitchen Stations- Great for early-stage or part-time use

  • Plans from $1,000/month for 20 hours

  • Packages available for 40, 80, or 160 hours/month

  • Includes shared workspace, utilities, and access to basic equipment

Private Kitchens- Perfect for prep, cooking, baking, or production

  • Cold Prep Kitchens start at $2,850/month

  • Hot Prep Kitchens (with hood and cook line) start at $3,250/month

  • Specialty Kitchens (Bakery, Dairy, High-Capacity) range from $2,550–$13,000/month

  • Utilities & Maintenance: $850–$2,800/month

  • Lease Terms: 6 or 12 months

  • Security Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent

Optional Equipment Rentals- Add-on commercial appliances to meet your needs

  • Stove, Griddle, Fryer, Convection Oven: from $250/month

  • Reach-in or Walk-in Fridge/Freezer: from $250/month

  • Dry Storage: $9 per linear foot/month

We have a limited number of private kitchens and shared prep stations available—spaces fill quickly due to high demand.

What’s Available:

  • Private Kitchens: A mix of hot and cold prep kitchens ranging from 240–450 sq/ft

  • Shared Stations: Flexible hourly packages available for prep-only use

  • Storage Add-ons: Dry, cold, and freezer storage available with most plans

  • Specialty Kitchens (Bakery, High-Volume Production): Limited openings

How to Book:

  3. Apply to Rent – Submit your business info, insurance, and deposit

  4. Move In – Once approved, you’ll receive access and can start cooking
